At VILDEZ S.L. we take the privacy of our visitors and clients seriously. This policy describes which personal data we collect, why we process it, and what rights you have over it, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection laws.

2. Data we process

When you fill in the contact form, we collect the following personal data:

  • Full name.
  • Company and role.
  • Work email address.
  • Estimated budget range (optional).
  • The content of the message you send us.

We may also collect technical navigation data (IP address, device type, browser) through ANALYTICS PROVIDER (e.g., Vercel Analytics) or remove this line if you don't use analytics.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data exclusively to:

  • Reply to your inquiry and evaluate a potential engagement.
  • Keep commercial communications with you if you have consented.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not carry out automated profiling or automated decision-making based on your data.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent, given when submitting the contact form (art. 6.1.a GDPR), as well as the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

5. Retention period

We will retain your data for as long as is necessary to respond to your request, and afterwards for RETENTION PERIOD (e.g., 4 years) to comply with our legal and contractual obligations, unless you explicitly request its deletion.

6. Recipients of the data

Your data may be processed by the following providers, acting as data processors on our behalf:

  • Resend Inc. (USA) — transactional email delivery for the contact form.
  • Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting and delivery.
  • OTHER PROVIDERS (analytics, CRM, email marketing, etc.)

All our providers have signed the corresponding data processing agreements and offer adequate guarantees regarding data protection.

7. International data transfers

Some of our providers have servers outside the European Economic Area, in COUNTRIES (e.g., United States). Such transfers are protected by LEGAL MECHANISM (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework, etc.).

8. Your rights

As a data subject, you may exercise the following rights at any time:

  • Access: know which of your data we process.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure (right to be forgotten): request that we delete your data.
  • Objection: object to processing in certain cases.
  • Restriction: request temporary restriction of processing.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

You may exercise these rights by emailing EMAIL FOR EXERCISING RIGHTS (e.g., privacy@vildez.com), enclosing a copy of your ID or equivalent document.

9. Supervisory authority

If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
